Building your own house in Cyprus

We are embarking on a project to build our own house having bought our land. We would like to offer our services free of charge to anyone who is considering the same. We have received our Cyprus Title deeds for our land, have plans submitted to the Cyprus Larnaca planning authority which have provisionally been approved, we expect full approval by the end of February 2008.

We are researching the methods and costs for building a bungalow as there are now options to the traditional building methods in Cyprus. There are Timber Frame, ICF, logs, even metal construction methods. The costs vary but most now have insulation which retains heat in the winter and remains cool in the summer.
